Shipping & Warranty


We can ship to most states with the exception being Hawaii or Alaska, and we do not ship to Canada or internationally. Shipping costs are figured in when you go to the cart. If you are not able to get a shipping quote on the cart page you will need to call the store to get a custom freight quote.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. When ordering from our Inventory those items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Returns Policy:

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction throughout your Ohio Hardwood Furniture shopping experience. Custom-ordered items have been built specifically for you and, as such, are not returnable. Please visit our showroom if you would like to review actual wood, stain, leather or fabric samples prior to purchase. 

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. Any issues arising with pieces that are clearly defective upon arrival will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. While we endeavor to guarantee a smooth delivery, should this happen, Contact Us with your order number and details about your concern. We will respond quickly, offering a solution that works for all parties.
