Returns Policy:

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction throughout your Ohio Hardwood Furniture shopping experience. Custom-ordered items have been built specifically for you and, as such, are not returnable. Please visit our showroom if you would like to review actual wood, stain, leather or fabric samples prior to purchase. 

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. Any issues arising with pieces that are clearly defective upon arrival will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. While we endeavor to guarantee a smooth delivery, should this happen, Contact Us with your order number and details about your concern. We will respond quickly, offering a solution that works for all parties. 


You can now easily find a shipping estimate by going to your shopping cart. Note: Something must be in the cart for the system to estimate the shipping cost.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, but do not ship internationally. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. If you are shipping an item to an Ohio address, costs will be automatically determined based on your proximity to our Ohio manufacturing facility. We now offer free local shipping for those located around our Peninsula store as well as free shipping on purchases over $4,000 in eligible areas.
